I would like to recommend Patrick Mears as a Property Manager. He was able to take over the management of our property that had been severely damaged by previous management and tenants. Patrick met and organised repairs, workmen and then suitable tenants with little fuss. He let me have as much or as little to do with the process as suited my husband and I. At all times I found him to be extremely professional and prompt at answering all queries.
