(m) In NSW, we are required by applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct to verify your identity before we can provide our services to you. This involves conducting a 100-point identity check, sighting a form of photographic identity such as drivers licence number or passport number, Medicare Card, Bank Card or Other proof of Identification such as a Utilities Bill and/or confirming your ownership of the property that you wish us to sell on your behalf by sighting council land rates, council water rates and the property title documentation. Rubix Realty Pty Ltd does not keep these ID documents on file, and any copies are destroyed immediately after the ID check has been completed.

Rubix Realty Pty Ltd collects this information from you, to be able to respond to your enquiries and perform our services to you. We collect your personal information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so.
